PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor allowing pulling up with latching hooks entered deeply into a sunken rock. SOLUTION: An anchor 1 comprises a main shaft 2, and latching hooks 3 which are provided on the main shaft 2 and extend upward. A first locking part 4 is provided on a top part of the main shaft 2 to allow a pulling member to be locked. A second locking part 5 is provided at a position at least lower than the tips of the latching hooks 3 on the main shaft 2 to allow the pulling member to be locked. When a ship is being moored, pulling the first locking part 4 with the pulling member moves an application point on the anchor 1 from the first locking part 4 to the second locking part 5, thereby pulling the anchor 1 in almost the same direction as that of the latching hooks 3, resulting in sticking the latching hook 3 into sunken rocks. When the anchor 1 is being pulled up, pulling the second locking part 5 with the pulling member pulls the anchor 1 in the opposite direction to the latching hooks 3, thereby easily pulling out the latching hooks 3 from the sunken rocks.
