PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly heat a cabin by simple constitution and inexpensively. SOLUTION: A partitioning wall 6 is formed of a bypass hole 10, for directly leading hot air from a heater core 5 into an air distributing chamber to ventilate a cabin from a heat blowoff port 13. A bypass door 11 for opening/closing the hole 10 is automatically opened only when air pressure caused by the hot air from the core 5 exceedes a given value, to direct the hot air toward the port 13.
