PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts, improve the workability of a coating tool in a manufacturing process and also reduce the manufacturing cost thereof. SOLUTION: A printer head 3 for transferring and applying a modifying coating material and a paste material on the surface of a transfer tape 2 is formed integrally with a lower cover 6 constituting a coating container together with an upper cover to reduce the number of parts constituting the coating tool and eliminate necessity of the assembly work for the printer head and also improve the workability in a manufacturing process of the coating tool and sufficiently reduce the manufacturing cost thereof.
