PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject laminate useful for a ceiling material of a plant, etc., an inner layer panel for automobile, a container for storing and packaging foods, medicines, etc., by making the laminate include a resin layer of a copolymer of ethylene and a specific hydrocarbon as an adhesive resin layer. SOLUTION: This laminate comprises an adhesive resin layer being a resin layer of a copolymer of ethylene and an alkenyl aromatic hydrocarbon. Preferably the conformation of the alkenyl hydrocarbon in the copolymer has substantially no stereoregularity. The relation between the content S (mol.%) of the alkenyl aromatic hydrocarbon unit in the copolymer and the maximum value x of dissipation factor (tanδ) of the copolymer preferably satisfies the formula X>-0.0005×S2+0.06×S+0.05. Preferably a layer A being one layer to be bonded and a layer B being the other layer to be bonded are each independently a layer selected from a polystyrene-based resin, a polyethylene-based resin, an acrylic resin, wood and copper.
