PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the deterioration of strength by pyrolysis by a method in which a protruding part is formed in a thermoplastic plastic part and heated at the heat distortion temperature of the thermoplastic plastic, the heated part is pressurized to be deformed, and parts are bonded together. SOLUTION: A ring-shaped protruding part 13a is formed in the engagement part with a valve cover of a thermoplastic body 13, the brim part 21a of the end part of the valve cover 21 is inserted into a cylinder surface 13b on the inside of the protruding part 13a, and the tip surface 21c of the brim part 21a is contacted with the step part 13c of the rear end of the surface 13b and stopped. The outer wheel of a bearing 14 on the front side is engaged with the surface 21b of the valve cover 21, a pressurization part 25a at the tip of a caulking chip 25 is biased at a proper temperature by a heater, and the chip 25 is advanced to be contacted with the protruding part 13a. The brim part 21a of the valve cover 21 is pushed from the tip side and fixed enclosingly, and cooling air is supplied from a pipe line 25c to the hollow part 25b of the chip 25 to cool the pressurization part 25a. |
