SOLUTION: At picking work time, an operator No., a work date and work starting time are inputted from an input device 302 of a work result control terminal to be stored in a work result control table 321, and at picking work finishing time, the operator No. and work finishing time are inputted to store the work finishing time by being matched to the operator No. Work time is calculated from the starting time and the finishing time in a day unit to extract the total work time. At work capacity factor reconsidering object date, stored actual work time and plan work time are totalized with every operator No. to calculate work time of a daily average to calculate a look through factor from the ratio of average actual work time to average plan work time to renew a work factor for each operator.
