PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the sealability by forming a portion of a seal surface to seal and form a bottle-necked spout in a slightly lower condition out of the seal surface of a horizontal heat seal bar provided on a portion of a pair of horizontal heat seal rolls rolled opposite to each other to eliminate any edge cut at the bottle-necked spout. SOLUTION: In a system to continuously heat seal sealed bags having a spout through the relative rotation of two horizontal heat seal rolls, a heat seal surface 4A formed slightly higher than other non-seal surface is provided on a horizontal heat seal bar 4 to be fixed by screws on a circumferential surface of a roll body 2 of each horizontal heat seal roll. A projecting seal surface 4B is provided on an inner edge of a seat seal surface 4A forming a projecting seal part for a spout, and a part of the heat seal surface 4A around and including the projecting seal surface 4B is formed slightly lower. The edge cut at a circumferential edge part of the projecting seal part, i.e., at a part of an outlet is prevented during the horizontal seal. |
