PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding robot provided with an end face protecting function preventing an oil seal from being damaged by welding spark generated by the other adjacent robot or this robot itself even in the case of using a large number of welding robots provided in a line. SOLUTION: In this welding robot with two arm members articularly connected through a reduction gear with a motor, an oil seal 5 provided with a main lip 7a positioned axially inside and a dust lip 7b positioned axially outside, and integrally fitted to a core metal 6, is mounted to the end face of the reduction gear, and an end face protective plate 8 formed of spark resistant material and extended radially close to an oil seal mounting part is provided axially outside of the dust lip 7b. |
