PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing element of a vehicle washing device which has rigidity to some extent although it has a simple structure, and which will not damage the painted surface of a vehicle. SOLUTION: This washing element 1 is formed of a soft material such as a soft fabric or nonwoven fabric and is coated at its center portion 5 with a synthetic resin over a predetermined length to provide rigidity. Cutouts 3 are made at both ends. A plurality of such washing elements 1 are prepared and screwed in place around a vinyl chloride pipe 10 by passing round small screws 11, 11 through mounting holes 4, 4 to constitute a washing brush 1B. |
