PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a hermetically sealed layer by affixing a tapelike adhesive hermetically sealing material, and also precisely adjust weight balance in a wide range. SOLUTION: In continuously and spirally affixing a tapelike adhesive hermetically sealing material 3 to a tire inner peripheral surface 2 corresponding to at least a tread part 8 to form a hermetically sealed layer 12, the thickness and/or width of the material 3 is adjusted so as to uniform dynamic unbalance quantity to be affixed to a position, in accordance with a portion for measuring the dynamic unbalance quantity of tire weight, to correct the quantity based on a measured result.
