PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently remove impurities in high temperature water, such as iron oxide, by providing a high temperature water treatment equipment with a filter element(s) consisting of many filter medium members each of which is formed by precoating a filtration surface of a heat-resistant filter having micropores with a heat-resistant fine powder having a number of fine voids. SOLUTION: This treatment equipment is provided with filter element(s) 56 erected in an upper chamber 52 of a closed vessel 51, which filter element(s) 56 consists of many filter medium members each formed by precoating a filtration surface of a heat-resistant filter having micropores with a heat-resistant fine powder having a number of fine voids, wherein, as the heat-resistant filter having micropores, a hollow fiber membrane filter that consists of a heat-resistant organic polymer material such as PEEK(polyetheretherketone)-based polymer material and has 0.01-10μm pore size, or a tubular filter consisting of a stainless steel sintered metal having 0.01-100μm particle size or appropriate stainless steel wire mesh, is used, and as the heat-resistant fine powder having a number of fine voids, a PEEK- or silica-based fine powder having a >=50% void ratio and 1μm to 2 mm particle size, or the like, is used.
