PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly supply a filter paper cord along one end surface of a printed paper in an aligned state on a device devised to bind the printed paper around its aligning direction after aligning it in a vertically aligning state on a horizontal alignment table. SOLUTION: A pocket type cassette 301 is provided free to vertically move, a filler paper cord is filled when the cassette 301 is at an upper position, the cassette 301 is lowered toward a printed paper in an aligned state standing by below, thereafter, a laterally feeding bar is moved along a lateral groove 304 provided on the cassette 301, and the filler paper cord in the cassette 301 is laterally delivered toward a binding position with the printed paper in the aligned state. The lateral groove 304 is closed and prevents passing of the filler paper cord at the time when the cassette 301 is at the upper position.
