<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-Y driving device of simple structure at a low cost dispensing with a high-cost direct-acting guide and a Y-axis motor mounted to an X-axis movable part to thereby reduce the weight of an operating part and the possibility of failure. SOLUTION: Rocker arms 1, 4 respectively driven by motors M1, M2 are provided on both sides, and the swinging ends are connected by two connecting links 2, 3. A laser head H is provided on a common node C of two connecting links 2, 3, and the laser head H is X-Y driven and controlled while maintaining an angleθbetween the connecting links 2, 3 to be always less than 180 deg. by the motors M1, M2 controlled by an integrated control device 8.</p> |
