PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a concave at an arbitrary position by interposing a large number of steel balls between the opposed surfaces of an adjusting frame having the concave fixed thereto, a clamp ring and an upper frame and fixing or rotationally moving the adjusting frame accompanied by the rising and falling of the steel balls due to a hydraulic cylinder. SOLUTION: In order to rotationally move a concave 11 to an arbitrary position to set the same, the pressure of the hydraulic cylinder 22 arranged between a clamp ring 20 and an upper frame 21 is released to allow the clamp ring 20 to fall under its own weight and the pushing-up of a large number of the steel balls 25 interposed between the circumferential grooves 23, 19 of both of the upper frame 21 and an adjusting frame 16 is released and the adjusting frame 16 is allowed to fall under its own weight. Then, the adjusting frame 16 is rotationally moved to an arbitrary position through the steel balls 25 and the concave 11 fixed to the adjusting frame 16 is rotationally moved to the arbitrary position. Thereafter, the hydraulic cylinder 22 is operated to raise the adjusting frame 16 to fix the same.
