PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate deburring work of a specified sleeve inner circumferential spline by providing a reverse taper part for preventing slipping-out of a gear on a reference sleeve inner circumferential spline, and setting a width of the specified sleeve inner circumferential spline provided with a crest shaped protrusion part smaller than that of the referential sleeve inner circumferential spline. SOLUTION: In a rear output shaft 16 of a transfer, a two-wheel and four- wheel synchronizer 38 is provided in the vicinity of a drive sprocket 26, and a synchro-hub 44 is spline-fitted to the rear output shaft 16. A synchro-sleeve 48 is slidably disposed on an outer peripheral part 44C of the synchro-hub 44, and a plurality of referential sleeve inner splines 66 fitted to a hub outer peripheral spline 46 are formed on an inner circumference of the sleeve 48 opposing to a ring tooth 62. A width W2 of the specified sleeve inner circumferential spline 68 in the referential sleeve inner circumferential spline 66 provided with a reverse taper part 72A is set smaller than a width W1 of the spline 66, and a crest shaped protrusion part 70 is formed on a chamfer part of the spline 68.
