PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fixing agent for fixing a bolt, hardly providing a bed effect to a human body, and excellent in pull-out strength and alkali resistance. SOLUTION: This fixing agent for fixing a bolt comprises (A) a (meth)acrylic compound having <=3 PII(primary irritation index) value, and (B) an unsaturated polyester compound having 3,000-30,000 molecular weight. The (meth)acrylic compound A is a mixed comprising a mono (meth)acrylate or di(meth)acrylate, and a poly(meth)acrylate having three or more (meth)acrylate groups.
