PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hemostatic sticking plaster easily and securely capable of stopping bleeding even in the case of a thick syringe needle to cause such a large pierced hole diameter and a large bleeding amount as to make it difficult to stop bleeding as well as in the case of a thin syringe needle. SOLUTION: This hemostatic sticking plaster 10 comprises base material 1, a layer 2 of adhesive formed on one surface of the base material, and a bleeding stopping pad 3 of a longer side length of 5-40 mm, a longer side-to- shorter side length ratio of 1:1-4:1, and a thickness of 3-15 mm for pressing a blood vessel puncture hole and a skin surface puncture hole. In this case, a surface of the bleeding stopping pad 3 for pressing the blood vessel puncture hole and the skin surface puncture hole is formed in a protruded form.
