PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively insert a film winding body with high accuracy into a half-opening type cartridge by a simple constitution and make the cartridge smaller. SOLUTION: A cartridge positioning and holding mechanism 172 is provided with a fixed guide section 176 for positioning a half-opening type cartridge when the cartridge with a cap stand on the end in the inserting direction is inserted into the cartridge shaft direction and a movable chuck section 174 to be opened and closed and forming and holding the cartridge after a film winding body is inserted into the cartridge in the spool shaft direction.
