SOLUTION: In a machine tool having a tool holder 18 mechanically detachably fixed on a tip of a main shaft 2 via a clamping means KR, an extension passage 104 such that a foggy cutting fluid passage 103 inside holder formed at a center part of the tool holder 18 is extended in rear is formed to communicate a foggy cutting fluid passage 102 inside main shaft formed at a center of the main shaft 2 and the foggy cutting fluid passage 103 inside holder via the extension passage 104.
