PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and easily get a child on and off by forming a cut opening for getting on and off a child, from an upper edge to a lower intermediate part of a back rest side of a passenger seat, and allowing the cut opening to be opened and closed by a closing member. SOLUTION: An upper opening 4 is formed by cutting a rear side wall 2b from its upper edge to a lower intermediate part over the approximately whole width to be used as a child getting on and off port. A rear part closing member 5 for openably closing the back rest side upper opening 4 is mounted. According to this constitution, a height of the child getting on and off port from the ground surface, that is, an edge of the opening 4 is lowered by a height of the opening 4, which allows the child to be quickly and easily got on and off. As a part of the rear side wall 2b, that is, a lower half thereof is remained, the strength can be sufficiently ensured.
