PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming die with which a negative angle can be formed even in the case that the width of a product is small and the negative angle is large. SOLUTION: The rotary shaft 26 of a guide rotary cam 22 is vertical to the bottom surface of a lower die 14. Consequently, when the guide rotary cam 22 is rotated in the reverse direction after a negative angle part is formed on a work 12 placed on the lower die 14 by fitting the negative angle forming part 30 of the guide rotary cam 22 into the negative angle forming part 42 of a working rotary cam 24, the negative angle forming part 30 of the guide rotary cam 22 never interferes with the placing face part of the work 12. It is not necessary to make the diameter of the guide rotary cam 22 larger in order to rotate the guide rotary cam 22 so that the negative angle forming part 30 of the guide rotary cam 22 does not interfere with the negative angle part formed on the work 12, and, consequently, even in the case that the width of the product is small and the negative angle is large, the negative angle is formed.
