<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a vehicle from making an uninternded move of a driver when an automatic brake is released by comparing the brake by the action of the driver with the brake by an automatic brake means, and operating the brake means based on whichever having larger braking force. SOLUTION: Braking force is generated on brake calipers 34 by opening or closing a pressure boosting valve 43 and a pressure reducing valve 46 without using the action of a driver. If the brake oil pressure generated by a master cylinder 33 is larger than the brake oil pressure generated by an automatic control device 31 when both the master cylinder 33 and automatic control device 31 are concurrently operated, the brake oil pressure generated by the master cylinder 33 is transmitted to the brake calipers 34. If the brake oil pressure generated by the automatic control device 34 is larger than the brake oil pressure generated by the master cylinder 33 to the contrary, the brake oil pressure generated by the automatic control device 31 is transmitted to the brake calipers 34.</p> |
