PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly and uniformly join a patterned sheet to the surface of a base material made of an inorganic material. SOLUTION: Microscopic irregularities are formed on the surface of a metallic base material 11 by plastic deformation and a coating layer 12 containing organosilane is formed on the irregularities. Further, a thermoplastic resin layer 13 of a patterned sheet is welded on the coating layer 12 to firmly join the base material 11 to the thermoplastic resin layer 13 by the effect of the organosilane.
