PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely remove air in concrete by releasing the air in the concrete into a vacuum space without requiring a high-powered vibrator by placing concrete into a form in a vacuum state. SOLUTION: A form 1 is set in a placing room 3 in a vacuum state or the form 1 is brought into a vacuum state by shutting off air. Concrete C is cast while penetration of the air is intercepted, and the concrete C is placed in the form 1 by allowing the concrete to freely drop. By surely removing air by releasing air in the concrete into a vacuum space without requiring a vibrator thereby, even for the concrete from which exclusion of an air bubble is difficult by the conventional arts, concrete of a more higher density can be placed.
