PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-wind power generating device to be easily installed on a sea bottom and to perform rapid assembly corresponding to a water depth in an installation place. SOLUTION: A support part 3 to support a wind power generating part 2 from a position in sea has framework structure comprising a vertical stay 10; a plurality of rod-form horizontal members 11 radially joined to the lower end of the vertical stay 10; and rod-form oblique members 12 and 13 joined together between the vertical stay 10 and the horizontal members 11. Each horizontal member 11 is fixed by piles 39 driven in a seat bottom 7. The vertical stay 10 consists of a plurality of extensible stay bodies 16, 17, 18, and 19, and a plurality of artificial fishing banks 28 are sunk on a sea bottom 7 between the horizontal members 11. |
