PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate such a risk that a shaft is pressurized even if a bush which is easily deformed is used, and freely set a position of a grease supplying hole by forming a cutout on one side of the bush, and forming a chamfer part for communicating the cutout and the inner circumferential side of the bush. SOLUTION: A left side seal 5 disposed in the vicinity of a cutout 6 is set to a dust seal 15 of a double lip type, and a right side seal 5 disposed opposite thereto is set to a dust seal 16 of a single lip seal, and thereby, lubricant is prevented from leaking from the dust seal 15 of the double lip type, and the lubricant is widely supplied as a whole between a bush 3 and a shaft 4. Since the cutout 6 and a chamfer part 8 are formed on a left side of the bush 3, a grease supplying hole 7 is formed on a left side of a boss 2, and a position of the grease supplying hole 1 is freely set on a position other than a center part. Since the cutout 6 and the chamfer part 8 are formed on the left side of the bush 3, the grease supplying hole 7 is easily formed comparing with such a case that it is formed on the center part, and it is possible to reduce cost of the bush 3.
