PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for effectively unlocking to unlock a carriage necessarily by an operation in the case of first using of the apparatus by a user by clearly recognizing necessity of unlocking of the carriage by observing by the user. SOLUTION: A lock operating unit 15 for operating a locking mechanism is provided at a side 30 of a body 3. A releasable adhesive tape 19 adheres from the upper surface of a cover 7 to the front surface of the unit 15, and an unlocking command display 25 for indicating the effect that the lock is to be unlocked by operating the unit 15 is shown on a tape portion adhering to the upper surface side of the cover 7. When the tape 19 is released, the lock can be simultaneously unlocked.
