PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly move a heating wire forming a cutter, in a linear direction. SOLUTION: With a plane bed 3 held to have specified height, as a base, a frame member 1 of U-shape is erectly provided with the bed 3 in between. A heating wire 2 formed of nichrome wire or the like is provided between the open ends of U-shape of the frame member 1. Guide rails 51, 55 are provided to linearly move the heating wire support point (fitting point 02) of the frame member 1 in the Y-Y direction of the bed 3 from the top view in the state of holding the heating wire 2 vertically, and two sliders 61, 65 respectively engaged with these two guide rails 51, 55 to slide on the guide rails 51, 55 are provided in the relatively rotatable manner at the lower end part of the frame member 1.
