PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly mount and demount a fixing bolt by providing a polygonal head part or a segmental spring wire preventing coming-off of a nut attached by engaging with and disengaging from a circumferential groove formed in a peripheral surface of a connection angular hole. SOLUTION: A mounting hole 4 of a stator 2 is formed in a wrench main unit 3, a connection angular hole 7 inserting a polygonal head part 6 of a fixing bolt 5 in a bottom part in an opposite side to the mounting hole 4 is provided in a tip end. A circumferential groove 8 is formed in this connection angular hole 7. A segmental spring wire 9 preventing coming-off of the fixing bolt 5 is stabilized into contact with a surface of the circumferential groove 8. Next when the polygonal head part 6 of the bolt 5 is pressed in this connection angular part 7, the segmental spring wire 9 is engaged with the circumferential groove 8, to place the polygonal head part 6 in a fixed condition stabilized by impeding coming off. The bolt 5, when it is slightly strongly pulled, can be removed without any trouble. A circumferential groove 10 is formed also in a peripheral surface of the mounting hole 4 of this stator 2, the segmental spring wire 9 engaged with and disengaged from the circumferential groove 10 is added demountably relating to the stator 2.
