Namely, when a first level switch 8a is OFF, the lift height of the load carrying platform 3 is set to H1 or less (low position), and when the load of the load carrying platform 3 at that time is W1 or less (very light matter), the control map is classified to group A. When the lift height of the load carrying platform 3 is H1 or less (low position), and the load of the load carrying platform 3 exceeds W1 (light matter), the control map is classified to group B. The rising speed of the group A is set smaller than the rising speed of the group B (A<B), so that the rising speed of the very light matter is lower than that of the light matter.
