PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the turnover by providing a counter weight which slides, in the transverse slide of a device, in the reverse direction thereto in interlocking with the device. SOLUTION: A traveling truck 2 contains a counter weight 4, which is interlocked with a side fork device and slid in the reverse direction to the sliding direction of the side fork device. The traveling truck 2 has outriggers 2 longitudinally and laterally so as to set the height of the truck constant in loading and unloading. The side fork device is provided in the center of the traveling truck 2. A mast 5 is located on the right side of the traveling truck 2, and the counter weight 4 is located on the left side of the traveling truck 2. When the mast 5 of the side fork device is transversely moved to the left side of the traveling truck 2, the counter weight 4 is moved to the right side of the traveling truck 2 in interlocking with the mast 5 of the side fork device to prevent the turnover of the truck 2.
