PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead paper pasting jig of an adhesive tape which can paste continuously and efficiently with a slight adjustment of a manufacturing device and obtain an adhesive tape easy to deal with. SOLUTION: This jig is composed of a cutter member 1 arranged an adhesive tape 3 facingly at a distance and a lead paper hold bar 2. In the cutter member 1, a pad 14 is stuck to the base 12 of long and thin rectangle bigger than the width of the adhesive tape provided on the tip of the rod 11 advanced/retreated to/from the lead paper hold bar 2 direction. A tape cutter 13 is erected on the pay out side of the adhesive tape 3 of the base 12 and the cutter 15 for cutting the picking paper whose tip can be exposed from the pad 14 surface when the pad 14 is compressed is erected on the base 12 near the length direction center of the pad 14 and a recessed groove 12 in which the cutter 15 for cutting the lead paper can be entered is provided on the lead paper hold bar 2.
