PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impervious sheet which overcomes the respective drawbacks of black and white. SOLUTION: The impervious sheet 2 is formed with color layers 4 exclusive of the black and white on one surface or both surfaces and, therefore, if the impervious sheet with its color layer 4 faced on a front side is laid on the inside surface of a waste disposal plant, the entire surface of the waste disposal plant turns to a color exclusive of the black and white. Then, there is no poor appearance like in the case of the black nor temperature elevation and, since the intensity of reflected light, like with the white, does not exist, the easy recognition of the stereoscopic shape over the entire part of the waste disposal plant is made possible.
