摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the service life of a magnet, to utilize a ferrite magnet, to make the magnet inexpensive and to improve assemblability by inserting a plurality of doughnut type magnets with opened holes of prescribed inside diameters at the centers into an outer cylinder so that the side surfaces may be closely adhered each other and making holes opened at the centers of the doughnut type magnets as a fluid passage. SOLUTION: This device is assembled by inserting doughnut type magnets 10, a sheet packing 15, a spring receiving member 13 and a compressive spring 12 in the order within an outer cylinder 9 and screwing a male screw 16 of a hose connection member 11 into a female screw 17 of the outer cylinder 9 via a sheet packing 14. For inside diameters of holes 18 of the doughnut type magnets 10, an inside diameter of the spring receiving member 13 and an inside diameter of a passage hole 19 of the hose connection member 11 are made substantially the same as the inside diameters of the holes 18. By inserting a plurality of doughnut type magnets 10 with opened holes 18 of prescribed inside diameters at the centers into the outer cylinder 9 so that the side surfaces may be closely adhered each other, each hole 18 becomes a linearly linked state. By making the holes 18 opened at the centers of the doughnut type magnets 10 as a fluid passage, flow resistance is reduced.
