PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of conducting a haircut and washing of the hair in a condition where a wheelchair user is seated on a wheelchair without getting off, and make a service such as the haircut and the washing of the hair accepted easily. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a tray part 1 mountable with a wheelchair 51, and a drive part 2 for driving it. The drive part 2 has a an elevation part elevated vertically, a tray supporting shaft 100 therein, and a supporting shaft turning part for turning the tray supporting shaft 100. The tray supporting shaft 100 is connected to the tray part 1. The tray part 1 is provided with a main scotch member 10 for supporting a main wheel 52 of the wheelchair 51 to prevent it from falling off out of the tray part 1, a backrest part supporting member 12 for supporting a backrest part of the wheelchair 51 mounted on the tray part 1, and an adjustable wheel stopper member 15 for supporting to prevent an adjustable wheel 53 of the wheelchair 51 from falling off out of the tray part 1.
