PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an agricultural resin film having such improved weather resistance as to permit long-term extension by using a vinyl chloride resin composition prepared by compounding a vinyl chloride resin with an epoxy compound (co)polymer and a hydrotalcite. SOLUTION: A vinyl chloride resin composition is obtained by compounding 100 pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin with 0.1-5 pts.wt. polymer obtained by polymerizing an epoxy compound of the formula and/or copolymer obtained by copolymerizing an epoxy compound of the formula with other monomers and 0.1-10 pts.wt. hydrotalcite. This composition is formed into an agricultural vinyl chloride resin film by means of calendaring, extrusion, inflation, or the like. The vinyl chloride resin composition may be one prepared by compounding 100 pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin with 30-70 pts.wt. plasticizer, 0.5-6.0 pts.wt. drip- proofing agent, 0.01-1.0 pt.wt. fluorine-containing compound, 0.5-10 pts.wt. stabilizer, 0.01-50 pts.wt. organophosphorus compound, 0.01-0.3 pt.wt. hindered amine light stabilizer, etc.
