PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect and fix an unspecified number of types of various items by limiting the width of a plate-like or strip-like bag which is formed to be an isosceles trapezoid, a rectangle or a semi oval when air is injected into an internal surface of a packing container so that it has a constant thickness when swollen and by providing an air mat connection port at the middle. SOLUTION: The packaging container 1 has a plate-like or strip-like bag on an internal surface, which is shaped according to a purpose of use like an isosceles trapezoid, a rectangle and a semi oval when air is injected. The plate-like or strip-like bag is subjected to width limitation by a width limiting material 6 to prevent it from being a sphere or an oval. In addition, an air mat connection port W is provided at the middle while a bag 3 which is to be an unspecified number of pillars of an irregular form such as a stair-like circular truncated cone, circular truncated cone, stair-like parallelopiped, parallelopiped or cylinder. The plate-like or strip-like bag and the bag 3 to be like pillars are integrated, whereby air can be injected smoothly, troubles can be saved in filling between items and the container, and time can be largely saved.
