PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change the direction of a rocket with a small power loss and a low device cost. SOLUTION: A gas spouting out nozzle port 21b is provided on one end of a body 12 containing a solid propellant 3. A rocket 11 obtains a propulsion force in the axial direction of the body by spouting out combustion gas of the solid propellant from the gas spouting out nozzle port. A gas branch passage 20 is formed to branch the combustion gas in the direction crossing with the axial direction. Multiple branch nozzle ports 23a are formed on a peripheral surface of the body to communicating directly with the gas branch passage or indirectly through a branch gas passage 22. The individual branch nozzle ports are provided with a plug body 25. Moving and adjusting the plug bodies makes gas flow passage section areas of the branch nozzle ports variable.
