PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach or detach a supply reel on which a transfer tape is wound at replacing or assembling by forming a structure such that an intermediate member and a protrusion are slid to one another when a predetermined or more tension is generated at the tape due to an increase in the member or a winding amount. SOLUTION: Since a bulged surface 28 is a surface bulged to an inside, a sufficient elastic force can be obtained. Since both sides of the bulged surface are connected to each other so that its elastic portion is supported at both ends, a stable elastic force can be maintained for a long-term use of the transfer implement. A connecting portion 29 is engaged with a recess 30 provided on a supply reel 4, and an intermediate member 27 is interlocked to a rotation of the reel 4. A gap is provided between the recess 30 and the portion 28 to loosely engage the reel 4 with the member 27. Thus, when used, the reel 4 and a first gear 12 can be effectively interlocked and rotated. Therefore, when the reel is replaced or assembled, the reel 4 can be easily attached or detached while the member 28 remains retained at the protrusion 15.
