PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly construct a CFT column by pressing and packing concrete without separating the concrete. SOLUTION: This concrete press-in device 10 has a means connected between a force-pouring hole 2 provided in the lower portion of a steel pipe column 1 and a force-feed pipe 5 for concrete 4, for guiding the concrete 4 into the steel pipe column 1 and for closing the force-pouring hole 2 after the concrete 4 is pressed and packed into the steel pipe column 1. A connection 17 of a mortar injection hose 6 for feeding mortar 3 is provided. A concrete guide device 50 is secured to the inner surface of the steel pipe column 1 immediately below the press-in hole 2 to guide the concrete 4 poured forcibly, and includes a guide part provided with a guide face for guiding the concrete 4, and a support part secured to the steel pipe column 1 for supporting the guide part. The guide face is tilted in the direction for guiding the force-poured concrete 4 upwards, the width of the guide face being about equal to the width of the force-pouring hole 2.
