PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a cap for covering a reinforcement and to facilitate working of the same by molding the cap by using recycled reinforcement scrap materials, plastic vinyl, PET bottles, etc. SOLUTION: A cap 1 for covering a reinforcement, with compressive strength and elasticity is molded by mainly using recycled reinforcement scrap materials, plastic vinyl, and PET bottles. The cap 1 has a cylindrical shape, with a width of 7 mm to 60 mm at the front end thereof and a width of 1 to 10 mm at the periphery thereof. It is used by covering reinforcements with different diameters, round steels, bolts, etc. Therefore, a cap which is structurally strong, good in adhesiveness to concrete, simple in shape, and inexpensive, can be molded.
