PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize high-speed printing by high-speed fixing and print black characters less feathering or the like, and images less bleeding at an interface of colors with a high density in an ink jet print apparatus. SOLUTION: After a Bk ink Bku is applied to a print medium P, a process liquid Ss is applied, whereby the Bk ink and the process liquid are mixed in a state of liquid on the print medium. After the Bk ink and process liquid react by the mixing, a color ink C is applied to a part of the print medium where the Bk ink and process liquid are not applied. A reactant of the Bk ink and process liquid or, the Bk ink is prevented from flowing out to the periphery because of insolubilization. Bleeding at an interface between color images and black images when the color ink is applied to the periphery is accordingly reduced. |
