PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent content candies from coming out scatteredly and from breaking by a method wherein a hook device causes one of candies to protrude from a take-out port by an elastic means which energizes the candies in a predetermined direction when a lid is opened, with the lid coupled to the hook device. SOLUTION: The candy dispenser comprises a body for receiving stick gums, a lid 12 and a feed lid 13, while a hook device 14 is provided on the body. Several sticks of gum 1 are inserted into the body. Thereafter the feed lid 13 is attached by sliding it from a bottom of the body. An elastic means provided on the lid 13 presses the gum 1 against the hook device 14. When the gum 1 is to be removed, a head of the lid 12 is rotated in a direction indicated by the arrow, and the lid 12 rotates and moves. At this time, an engaging portion 12c pulls an engaged portion of the hook device 14. The hook device 14 is pulled upward, and a hook 14f raises the deepest gum and causes a tip of the gum to protrude from a take-out port 11c.
