PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular floor structure capable of transmitting a load of a cross member inside a seat during a collision and providing a flat floor of a degree enabling a walk-through between right and left seats under normal conditions. SOLUTION: Cross members 12 are arranged in a car width direction inside right and left seats 10 mounted on a floor panel 16, a load transmitting member 20 is arranged in a position lower than the cross members 12 inside a recessed part 16a of the floor panel 16 between the right and left seats 10, and a flipping up mechanism 26 expanding the load transmitting member 20 upward and arranging it between the cross members 12 of the right and left seats 10 during a collision is provided inside the recessed part 16a. The load transmitting member 20 expanded upward by the flipping up mechanism 26 during the collision transmits the load between the right and left cross members 12.
