摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To markedly reduce the production cost of the spark detector of an electric precipitator. SOLUTION: A central processor 7a takes in the data related to charge voltage successively at a predetermined time interval to store charge voltage data in a memory 7c and obtains the charge voltage fluctuation data between the latest charge voltage data and charge voltage data preceding two data by operation to compare the same with a spark judge value to obtain a magnitude relationship and obtains the charge voltage fluctuation data between the charge voltage data preceding one data before the latest charge voltage data and the charge voltage data preceding two data before the same by the same operation to compare the same with the spark judge value to obtain magnitude relation and, when both magnitude relations is reversed with respect to those at a time of the non-generation of a spark, it is judged that a real spark not the temporary voltage fluctuations due to noise is generated and a real spark containing no noise can be detected by the software processing due to the central processor 7a and a special analogue detection circuit having complicated constitution and various adjustments related to the detection of a spark are dispensed with.
