PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically generate a required amount of ozone water of stable concentration and quality with simple control. SOLUTION: A control part that controls the action of every part of a device carries out a first process where a pump 13 is operated to supply air into raw water 20 in a container 5 thereby aerating the raw water 20 until the temperature thereof almost converges, and, after completing the first process, carries out a second process where the pump 13 and an ozone generator 16 are operated to feed ozone generated by the ozone generator 16 into the raw water 20 by air.
