HEART VALVE PROSTHESIS

Invention relates to medical devices and particularly to an artificial heart valve. The valve contains a circular support, three uprights and three leaves. The leaves are made of reinforced polymer threads. The support and uprights are also made of polymer threads. A central contact point of all three leaves is situated lower than tops of uprights. The reinforcement threads are placed on a surface of the leaves and they are arranged along geodesic lines. The entire prosthesis is coated by a low module polymer. Such structure provides a strength of the prosthesis and a long-term working as well as a lower risk of forming blood clogs on the surface of the valve.
