PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater exercise device in which a rehabilitation exercise or an underwater exercise using a pool can be readily set to a desired pool environment and employed only by selecting and switching on a program desired by a user. SOLUTION: An underwater exercise device comprises a pool 3 in which a swimming and an underwater exercise can be performed and the depth of water can be adjusted by lifting or lowering a lift floor, an adjusting and control means for water temperature the intensity of water-jet pressure, water rate and the depth of water of the pool 3, a heater and a water-jet pressure pump device and a lift floor driving device operatively connected to the control means, and selecting switches SW1 to SW6 operatively connected to the control means to set the water temperature, the intensity of water-jet pressure, the water rate and the depth of water of the pool 3 to desired states. The switches SW1 to SW6 operate the control means so as to meet the combination of the selected underwater exercises.
