mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: amplifier-converter is designed for transmission of mechanical efforts. It has housing, two power pistons with power rods placed inside two parallel cylindrical piston channels, plunger with rod arranged in spool channel made in head part of housing. Hydraulic amplifier-converter is provided with double-rods connected by posts with power rods on their outer part, levers and springs. Spool channels is arranged across cylindrical piston channels with possibility of communication with piston channels through drilled holes. Plunger has double-ended rod with springs hinge-mounted on ends of rod. Double-rods are installed for engagement in process of operation with corresponding side of double-ended rod through levers to form mechanical feedback. Wall of housing between piston channels in rear part is provided with hole to pass hydraulic liquid from one channel into the other. EFFECT: improved reliability. 1 dwg
