SUBSTANCE: method involves accessing talonavicular, cuneonavicular, talocalcaneal articulations, opening them, making bone reposition, covering talonavicular articulation with dura mater, fixing it with transosseal sutures, cutting out tendon portions from anterior and posterior tibial muscles, shifting the portions to the area of the talonavicular articulation, circularly embracing it on both sides, suturing the portions in tension state and eliminating anterior foot part deviation by applying lavsan ribbon from the internal malleolus to the diaphysis of the first metatarsal bone with fixation to them.
